1. Our Services

PB Cambridge Consult provides international education consulting services including university application guidance, test preparation support (SAT/IELTS/GRE/GMAT), scholarship guidance, visa counselling, accommodation assistance, and the PBC iSAT competition. Our services are advisory in nature — we do not guarantee admission, visa approval, or scholarship outcomes, as these decisions rest solely with the relevant institutions and government bodies.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 16 and above, or their parents/guardians on their behalf. By using our services, you confirm that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and academic information
• Meet application, payment, and document deadlines communicated by our team
• Use our services and website for lawful purposes only
• Not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or documentation in any application we assist with

4. Fees and Payments

Consulting fees, iSAT registration fees, and any other service charges are communicated directly to clients before engagement. Fees paid for services rendered are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except where otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party costs (application fees, test registration fees, visa fees) are separate from our consulting fees and are the client's responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and course materials — is the property of PB Cambridge Consult and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

PB Cambridge Consult provides guidance based on current, publicly available information about universities, scholarships, and immigration requirements. We are not liable for decisions made by third parties (universities, embassies, scholarship boards) or for changes in policy that occur after our advice is given. 7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services to any client who provides false information, engages in abusive conduct toward our staff, or breaches these terms. Clients may also terminate their engagement with us at any time, subject to our fee policy.
